PayPal is our authorised payment channel for all credit card transactions. You can trust upon us that all credit card information will be kept in the strictest confidence when you make purchases with your credit card through

We accepts payment via Bank Transfer. Customers are required to inform us via phone or email on the transaction details upon completion of the bank transfer.

We accept cheque payments for corporate clients only. Upon completion of order, an e-invoice will be sent to your email. You may request if hardcopy invoice is required.

2. Substitution

Get there in time
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your order arrives on time, i.e. a specific basket, vase, soft toy etc. Our florists will substitute a similar or of greater value.

Make it fresh and beautiful
We use only the freshest of flowers and so will make substitutions depending on seasonal availability.
In single-variety arrangements, variety will take preference over colour. For example, if are out of “yellow tulips”, we will substitute another flower.
When substitution is necessary, our professional florists will ensure that the that the ‘look and feel’ of the arrangement will be maintained, with our florist full attention to overall shape, size, style and colour combination.

3. Cancellation

We understand your plans may change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would want to be able to accommodate your requests as best as we can

Please note the following

  • Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before the requested day of delivery for local order
  • For cancellation request received less than the stipulated time, the full purchase amount will apply
  • No cancellation is allowed for overseas order once the order is confirmed
  • A special cancellation policy will apply for festive seasons like Christmas, Lunar New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
